Francis is a professional with a track record investments, governance and innovation. With 25 years of experience in venture capital and private equity, as well as business development, mergers and acquisitions and governance. She is a passionate advocate for social impact, driving innovation and fostering diversity and inclusion in all aspects of her work. She is responsible for Rabobank’s equity investments globally. Rabo investments is a life cycle investor, from venture capital, private equity to fund investments with a focus on investments in Food & Agri, whereby leveraging Rabo’s knowledge, expertise and network.

Francis holds a graduate degree in Business economics from the VU Amsterdam, as well as a bachelor's degree in Art history from the University of Amsterdam.
